I totally agree learning to be in the moment with people and also women you connect with. I'm speaking at a high level here, but without total self-acceptance there is not true happiness with anything in life, especially with women no matter if you have a serious girlfriend, or dating several. Self-acceptance is the way, and learning to accept yourself as a sexual man and not being afraid to project that is also key.
